Description

The second level of Cooperative Work Experience is intended to continue providing authentic experiences in the world of work by applying knowledge and skills learned in the classroom to a working environment. An expanded portfolio of learned experiences will document the specific abilities gained through working cooperatively in a business.

Perform a job search of related occupations within the immediate area of the student’s interest.

Explain how to prepare for specific working conditions.

Prepare a resume, complete a job application, and effectively perform a job interview.

Perform all job-related daily duties and tasks as directed.

Present a portfolio documenting the skills, abilities and experiences gained while working within the cooperative work arrangement.

Prepare a systematic educational pathway that assists the student in making successful educational course decisions for a rewarding career in the field of study.
