Description

A low-impact exercise based on the slow, fluid movement of tai chi and the breathing exercises of chi kung. Tai chi is an internal martial art based on Chinese philosophy and medicine. A simple, effective program for relaxation and stress reduction through greater mind-body awareness. May be repeated for credit.

  2. Chi Kung Breathing. Bow Stance. The first three Elixirs.
  3. Elixirs 4, 5, and 6. Tai Chi form moves 1 & 2.

  5. First posture of Luohan Chi Kung form. Connect all Tai Chi movements.
  6. Elixir 7. Second Chi Kung posture.
  7. Postures 3 and 4 of Chi Kung form.
  8. Chi Kung posture 5. Tai Chi form moves 3 & 4.
  9. Elixir 8. Chi Kung walking 1 & 2.
  10. Physical demonstration of all Tai Chi and Chi Kung moves and postures.
