Description
Designed to help students become more aware, prepared, and able to escape, resist, and survive physical assault. Classes will include lecture, discussion, and easy to remember self-defense techniques. No previous martial arts training or physical fitness requirements necessary.

- Situational awareness.
- Sexual Harassment, date rape & date rape drugs, electronic harassment, stalking.
- Body Weaknesses/Body Weapons/Weapons of Opportunity
- Personal safety weapons/every day carry items- Whistle, Mace, Pepper Spray, taser, Kubotan, phone, gun.
- Safety strategies: 4 A’s of Self-defense, OODA.
- Ground Defense
- Statistics
