Description

Introduces the fundamentals of alpine skiing or snowboarding to students. Addressing risk-management, teaching techniques and mountain etiquette, students will gain confidence and competence in the lifetime sports of alpine ski and snowboard. The course is a combination of in-class sessions and six on-snow sessions at Mission Ridge Ski Resort. May be repeated for credit.
