Intended to provide authentic experiences in the world of work by applying knowledge and skills learned in the classroom to a working environment.

Grading Basis

Pass / No Pass

Identify occupational goals that are compatible with their interests, abilities and attributes.

Perform a job search of related occupations within the immediate area of the student’s interest.

Prepare for specific working conditions.

Prepare a resume, complete a job application, and effectively perform a job interview.

Perform all job-related daily duties and tasks as directed.

Present a portfolio documenting the skills, abilities and experiences gained while working within the cooperative work arrangement.

Be able to make informed course and career choices through early immersion into their chosen field of study.
