Building upon previous knowledge of homoeostasis and regulation, the student will discuss safe, evidence-based, patient-centered nursing care of the patient experiencing acute or chronic health problems. Concepts will be explored through defining holistic nursing care of exemplar diseases affecting homeostasis and regulation.
