Description

Continuation of Spanish I. Elementary grammar, writing and comprehension of the Spanish language. Instruction increasingly in Spanish. Background in English grammatical terminology is recommended.

Course Learning Outcomes

Read, write, listen, and speak in simple and compound Spanish sentences using the preterit and imperfect tense, polite commands, and the more common verbs.

Communicate in situations involving expressing actions in progress, the past, likes and dislikes, food and travel.

Correctly reflexive pronouns, direct and indirect object pronouns.

Extract contextual information from both readings and video presentations and respond in Spanish to Spanish situational questions within the grammatical limits of the material.
