The basic procedures for enrollment at Wenatchee Valley College are provided below. See our website at www.wvc.edu for detailed information. Students interested in financial aid should contact the financial aid office early in the enrollment process.  Call 509-682-6810 or visit wvc.edu/FinancialAid to learn more.

New Students/Transfer Students

NOTE: The entire enrollment process (from completing an application to enrolling in classes), must be completed 2 weeks prior to the start of the term.

  1. Submit a completed application and official high school/college transcripts to the registration office at least two weeks before classes begin.
  2. New students should visit www.wvc.edu/placement and take the Pre-Placement Questionnaire to determine if a student needs to take a placement test or if they have other documentation that can place them into classes. Students will also find study materials and test sign-up instructions. Transfer students who have had math and/or English in college must submit official college transcripts and a Credit Evaluation Request to the registration office.
  3. Meet with a college navigator. Review placement and/or transcripts during advising sessions to discuss educational goals and plan a course of study. Learn more at wvc.edu/plan or schedule an appointment by calling 509-682-6830.
  4. Enroll in for classes. Enrollment appointments are assigned by the registration office.
  5. Pay tuition and fees and buy books or set up a STEPP tuition payment plan.
