Description

This experiential learning course develops essential hands-on field skills crucial for success in natural resources professions. Through practical application in real-world settings, students will learn to perform basic fieldwork tasks independently and collaboratively, select and maintain field equipment, accurately collect and handle data and samples, and apply ecological principles to interpret field observations. A strong emphasis is placed on developing professional fieldwork conduct, including ethical behavior, effective communication, and teamwork.
