Identify verbal and non-verbal techniques used by healthcare professionals that encourage effective communication across the lifespan.

Recognize the concepts of sexuality, spirituality, culture, and ethnicity and their importance in providing patient-centered care.

Recognize cognitive changes and issues related to safety for clients across the lifespan.
