Description

Under direct supervision at a clinical education setting affiliated with Wenatchee Valley College, the student will obtain orientation to a radiographic department, observe and participate in radiographic examinations. Review of the clinical handbook with the clinical coordinator.

Safely observe and assist with radiographic examinations performed by qualified practitioners.

Be familiar with patient flow in a radiology department.

Identify orally and in writing the location and contents of necessary supplies in a radiology department.

Be acquainted with the Clinical Handbook and evaluation process that will be utilized in clinical education.
