Direct Transfer Agreement (DTA/MRP)

Pathway for Biology Majors - Direct Transfer Agreement (DTA)

This pathway is intended to help guide students who plan to transfer to a 4-year institution as a Biology major. Biology majors may prepare for such varied degrees as medicine, dentistry, marine biology, forestry, veterinary medicine, etc.

A year long Biology sequence is required to be taken as well as a variety of chemistry, math and other pre-requisite courses. You should be working with a Science advisor here at Wenatchee Valley College. You should also be contacting the 4-year institution(s) you hope to transfer to and work with one of their advisors to help determine the exact courses needed to successfully complete your AAS transfer degree and meet the required pre-requisites to be taken at WVC prior to transfer.
